What is the best course to study software? c++/ visual basic......?

I don't know about the best, but here are a few you can look at.

Your best bet is to work through several as they will each have different approaches to training and examples.

What is the best course to study software? c++/ visual basic......?
Visual Basic works in the Microsoft environment only.

It is very easy to learn in the beginning; it is also quite useful.

However, if you really want to learn programming, you should learn c++ first. C++ will allow you to create executable files for any operating system: Mac, Windows, Unix, Linux, etc.

There will be a big learning curve at first, much bigger than for Visual Basic. I recommend that you take a real course in it in order to learn industry standard practices, so that you can eventually be employable.
Reply:If you want your software just run under Windows, choose c++,vb just OK

If Linux also want it,choose java.

I develop the web site,

asp is the worst

PHP is OK

J2ee(jsp,Java) is prefect but so difficult
