my son has been working from home on this course for a year,we just received a letter from someone un named who says it's a scam out of 3000 people doing the course only 4 people have ever passed and we should contact the police coz all the dics have been copied and are not genuine.we have spent a lot of money on this course and it promised gauranteed a pass and help to get a job etc now we think it has all been for nothing and another year wasted,please could anyone let us know if they have heard anything about this or what they think we should do.we think the letter may be from a past employee from the company.

I would suggest contacting Microsoft with your concerns over this letter. It is probably fraudulent but you should talk to them about it in any event. If he is taking the course from a company that is not Microsoft certified to give it, you may have complications. Have all your details on hand such as what company is offering the course, the costs associated and any other pertinent information
