In a triangle, the measure of angle C is (x+30*). the measure of angle A is_________?

*= degrees

A Angle B is of course 90*

[\ Angle C is (x + 30*)

B C

the image i made is not drawn to scale...

i dont understand this multiple choice question

please show how u found the answer

a) (60 - x)*

b) (90 - x)*

c) (120 - x)*

d) (x - 60)*

e) (x - 120)*

thankyou

In a triangle, the measure of angle C is (x+30*). the measure of angle A is_________?
ok so we know B = 90 (based on your drawing)

and A+B+C=180

A+90+x+30=180

A=180-x-120

A=60-x
Reply:The sum of the angles in any triangle = 180º

B = 90º

C = (x + 30)º = xº + 30º

A + B + C = 180

A + 90 + x + 30 = 180

subtract (90 + x + 30) from both sides to isolate A

A = 180º - 90º - xº - 30º

A = 60º- xº = (60 - x)º
Reply:the data is not completely
Reply:you cant tell tht but if you know one of the tht then you can find the value of x but i can tell you this tht its not a, b, or c

b/c in this case you 've to add the two expression and make it equalt to 90 degrees b/c tht the sum of two acute angle in right triangle

but you cant 've c or d either b/c the value exceeds the limit of 90

so it can only b a, in which case x will cancle out wehn you add it but atleast you end up with 90=90

so x could be any real number, and anser is a
