Start with the list in the sources. C++ is a lot more than just object oriented C, so if it's your language of choice then you may want to avoid any references to C and its libraries altogether, and just stick with the Standard Template Library and associated containers/classes. (Mixing C and C++, while completely valid, misses the whole point of C++.) However C++ will compile C code, so any C tutorial may be beneficial too.
When you're confident that you understand the object orientated nature of C++, consider delving into Design Patterns and UML - the Unified Modelling Language.
