Is there any chance to do M.C.A (degree final year failed) with respectable university in india(hyderabad)?

I am degree (B.sc chemistry)student from hyderabad(india) .I have two options (M.C.A )( M.Sc) which is the best course i love to do M.C.A

Is there any chance to do M.C.A (degree final year failed) with respectable university in india(hyderabad)?
